We are proud to announce the graduation of the second Executive Masters in Management of Research Infrastructures programme. The EMMRI participants presented their field projects on 3th and 4th December at the University of Milano-Bicocca. The field projects were a great opportunity to apply the tools and concepts learned through the EMMRI modules.

The graduation ceremony recognized and celebrated the students’ hard work as well as the dedication and professionalism of the Faculty of this Master program tailored for managers and leaders of Research Infrastructures.

During the Graduation Ceremony, Professor Marialuisa Lavitrano, Director of EMMRI said: “The participants had the opportunity to challenge themselves with the ideas of great scientists and managers, promoting a better EU research environment. Today is not a good bye, today is just a farewell, so I hope you will keep in touch with our University, with us and between yourself.
We are planning to build a permanent Community of Practice within all RIs, able to promote existing excellences and experiences, create dedicated forums of discussion, and share knowledge, resulting in a reservoir of best practices and experiences to be shared as primary tools for hands-on learning“.

“I wish you all the best – Professor Enrico Guarini, the Coordinator of the Master, said – and I’d like to give you the last assignment: please, manage well and try to foster your communities”.
