Emanuele Rossi is Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Milan-Bicocca, Department of Business and Law. He has previously held various positions in other Italian business schools and universities. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bocconi University. His main research interests are: corporate finance, financial markets, business valuation, SME and entrepreneurial finance. On these topics he has published several papers and monographs.
