The Masters programme fosters a context-oriented approach. Lectures, webinars, pre-readings and other materials will provide participants with data and tools. The learning comes from participant’s experience at the programme, combined with application of the tools and concepts in Research Infrastructure. Participants will be asked to analyse case studies or real situations within their organisation and lectures will be used to give some theories to support what has been experienced.

 Learning format

Between modules, participants will be involved in several distance-learning assignments focused on issues faced by their organisation. To achieve the Masters certificate participants are required to attend the full 12-module programme and to complete a field project. Previous managerial courses with certification from a higher education institute and previous experience can both be recognized on the basis of the curriculum evaluation and pre-entry assessment (tests or colloquium) (up to 50% of the total ECTS of the Master).
