Carla Gulotta is Associate Professor of International Law at University of Milano-Bicocca, where she teaches International Trade Law, International Economic Law and European Union Law. She holds a Ph. D. in International Law of Rome University La Sapienza and is member of the Professors’ Commission of the PhD in Juridical Sciences, University of Milano-Bicocca and of the Italian Society of International Law-ISIL. She is Co-Director of the Master “Sustainability in Law, Finance and Management-SiLFiM” at University Milano-Bicocca. Lawyer admitted to the Milano Bar since 1994. Author of publications on the promotion of exports in international and EU Law, codes of conduct and participation of workers in multinational enterprises, the role of investment banks and export credit agencies in protecting land and resources rights, corporate social responsibility and international trade, ethics and globalization, jurisdiction and law applicable to employment contracts.
