Objective of this module is to provide participants with conceptual frameworks and tools for designing and implementing a successful strategy for a Research Infrastructure in national and international contexts.

This module has a very practical emphasis with a wide variety of cases, in-class discussion to enhance relevance.
Elisabetta Marafioti (professor at University of Milano-Bicocca), Jacques Demotes (DG of ECRIN) and Georges Dagher (senior investigator, Directeur de Recherche, at Inserm) are the Faculty team of the second module.
