Alberto Nobolo is Full professor in Business Administration and Management at the Department of Business Administration and Law, University of Milano-Bicocca. His research interests include corporate governance, accounting and control, financial communication, strategic fiscal planning and consulting, accounting history.
Board of director member as indipendent director and “board of statutory advisors” member in industrial and insurance companies. He has a long standing expertise in external auditing and was a consultant of the Prosecutor in several company default cases including Parmalat. In EMMRI Prof. Nobolo co-leads the Governance & Organisation Module.
