The first iteration of the Masters – as well as the stand-alone modules – will take place after a minimum of 20 participants has enrolled to the full Masters programme.


To allow effective interaction between Faculty and participants the number of participants in the class will not exceed 25 people.



  • Candidates are required to have a University degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong motivation


Application process

The application is made exclusively online through the Masters website.  The applications are examined on a rolling basis and the result of the selection will be communicated soon to the candidate after the application is analysed.

The selection will be done on the basis of the participant’s curriculum and an online colloquium.


The selection a will consider a balanced mix of criteria including the current job position of candidates, the scientific domains and geographic variety of Research Infrastructures. Preference will be given to those working in RIs.


After the admission, candidates will be required to officially register at the University of Milano-Bicocca following the specific requirements for Masters programmes.
