Module 3 – Financial Management I (3 ECTS)

Objective of the module is to provide participants with theoretical tools and practical techniques used in understanding the basic of accounting and financial management in the context of RIs. Furthermore, the module focuses on relevant issues in the interpretation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and the Budget. Although the module will not make them experts in accounting, they will however be provided with the necessary tools to understand the financial performance of RIs
This module provides a study of current practices in accounting and financial reporting in RIs. The emphasis is on the interpretation of existing financial reporting. The module has a very practical emphasis with a wide variety of cases, in-class discussion to enhance relevance.

- The financial sustainability of RIs

Fees & Enrolment
Participation fee: 1,200 Euros
